Lemon Balm Glycerite

Lemon balm is a tasty sweet citrusy herb that is known for its cooling and refreshing properties. It helps to balance the nervous systems, quiets an overwhelmed mind, enhances mental clarity, promotes a healthy immune response and soothes the digestive system.
 
Tinctures are commonly extracted into grain alcohol, vinegar or glyerin. We prefer glyerin for this herb since it's so tasty and good for kids and folks who want to avoid alcohol.  Some says it tastes like sunshine!
