Echinacea has been known to help fight off common seasonal illness, sometimes shortening the amount of time a cough or cold hangs around. Yarrow  is an effective herb for both the immune system and digestive system. It has anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties. Dandelion root and leaf are excellent for liver health and function; and have also been shown in some studies to contain anti-viral properties. Spilanthes is known to be anti-bacterial as well as an immunostimulent. Ginger has antiviral and antibacterial properties and is also rich in antioxidants.
